Company Policies:

Warrantees:  All warrantees for parts and labor are honored at Frank's Guaranteed A/C & Auto Repair only (exc. national warrantees).  Warrantees cover the original purchaser only (non-transferrable) for the parts, service(s) and related labor itemized on the invoice for the time period and mileage specified on the invoice.  Warrantees do not cover causes beyond our control (i.e. war, vandalism, weather, abuse, neglect, etc.) nor consequencial damage (i.e. loss of use, inconvenience, wages, etc.).  Parts that we do not charge you for do not come with any warranty.

Personal Items:  While we have never had anything missing from any car, we ask that you take any and all valuables in your car with you, as we cannot be responsible for any personal items (i,e, money, sunglasses, road-toll devices, tools, books, etc.)

Insurance:  While we are fully insured, our insurance is "secondary" and your own insurance is "primary".  Please consult with your own insurance agent for definitions and ramifications of this.

In the case of subsequent damage to customer vehicles suspected to be caused by Frank's, the customer agrees to allow Frank's the opportunity to inspect suspected damage and if Frank's is found to be at fault, to allow Frank's to correct the damage.
